Bernard Jackson – President

Bernard is a team-oriented professional with over 25 year of operational leadership managing small to large teams at the international, federal and state level in a variety of “results oriented approach”. He is a recognized expert in analyzing requirements to create solutions for government and commercial customers. As a senior Navy policy maker led efforts to develop human capital  policy changes which generated over $300 million in savings in a two year period. Operational leadership at sea resulted in 23% gain in productivity and increased retention by 10%. As President of the National Naval Officers Association (NNOA, 2016 – 2010), supported Navy, US Marine Corps, and Coast Guard in achieving record setting diversity goals at the Service Academies and NROTC programs.  Bernard currently received a PhD (ABD) in Organizational Management.
