Analyst Position
The Role
The Analyst position is responsible for supporting the effective running of bids, account planning, projects and/or client engagements providing, performing general research and analysis as required. This is typically the entry level for junior candidates with little or no previous business experience.
The main focus is on delivery, generally under guidance and supervision and is predominantly desk/office based. Individuals will be developing an understanding of company tools, techniques and offerings – across all divisions. Although not directly accountable for business development, role holders will support the business development efforts of others through basic research, coordination and administration.

Job Description:
This position provides direct support and specializes in Continuity Program, including Continuity of Operations (COOP), planning, development, and operations. Candidate must be able to develop, maintain, and/or implement business continuity and recovery strategies, policies, and solutions, including risk assessments, business impact analyses, course of action identification and selection, and documentation of business continuity (relocation and devolution) and recovery (reconstitution) guidance and procedures. Conduct planning and management of key program readiness resources, to include alternate work sites, emergency communications/alert and notification systems and procedures, and essential business functions, critical personnel and resources. Plan, conduct, and debrief regular readiness training, mock-disaster exercises, and resource capability tests to determine the adequacy of existing plans and strategies, policies, and updating plans and procedures regularly. Act as a coordinator for continuity efforts before, during and after a disruption threat/event.

Job description: Director of Proposal Development. Candidate must be proficient in proposal management, technical writing, meeting facilitation, and project management approaches and techniques. Requires experience managing a proposal team of 8 or more contributors. Primary Responsibilities include:
- Managing teams to deliver proposals that are compliant, complete, and compelling;
- Ensuring technical documentation uses proper technical terminology, is accurate, meets editorial and government specifications, and adheres to standards for quality, graphics, coverage, format, and style;
- Leading and participating in multiple proposals simultaneously, working with participants in a matrixed environment;
- Analyzing Request for Proposals (RFPs) and compiling proposal outlines, compliance matrices and schedules;
- Assigning and assuming writing and review responsibilities, working with other contributors to improve the quality of their writing, and interviewing SMEs to develop content;
- Hosting and facilitating meetings, including color team meetings (Pink/Red/Gold) and theming meetings;
- Acting as a subject matter expert of proposal best practices and proposal process while assisting Client Account Leads and Solution Area Directors in creating customer focused responses and materials; and
- Assuring that all proposal team participants are productive, well informed, and are participating in a collegial manner.
Qualifications required; performs other related tasks of similar complexity as directed. Must be ready to do what it takes to get proposals done on time, including writing, editing, and formatting as needed. Shipley certified.
